
High-altitude fireworks will be set off at three locations: the Saigon River tunnel (An Khanh ward), the new city center ( Binh Duong ward) and the Bai Sau central square (Vung Tau ward). The low-altitude fireworks will be set off at Dam Sen Cultural Park (Binh Thoi ward).
Fireworks will be launched for 15 minutes, from 9 p.m., hosted by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ho Chi Minh City Command in coordination with other units.
In addition, before the fireworks display, the Organizing Committee for the celebration of major holidays in Ho Chi Minh City coordinated with the Department of Culture and Sports to organize a special art program "Independence Starlight", taking place at three locations including Nguyen Hue Street (Saigon Ward), the outdoor stage in the New City Central Park (Binh Duong Ward) and Thuy Van Square (Vung Tau Ward).
“Independence Star” is not only a commemorative art program but also a tribute to the previous generation, affirming the belief and aspiration to build a strong country.

The program was elaborately staged, combining modern technology and traditional art. The highlight was the laser light show, mapping combined with the sound of traditional music, affirming that history and the present always go hand in hand. Many special performances were performed such as: "Country of Love" (Trong Tan - Anh Tho), the segment "Flame of Independence" combining choreography - LED - mapping - laser...

The program gathered famous artists: Duc Phuc, Giang Hong Ngoc, Vo Ha Tram, along with dance troupes, choirs, DJ Mi Mi, circus artists Hien Phuoc - Thanh Hoa. For the first time, audiences from all over the country joined together at three locations, ending with the choir "Proud Melody" and 15 minutes of simultaneous fireworks, creating an unforgettable moment.
In the historic autumn atmosphere, “Independence Star” is a proud national anthem, adding spiritual strength to the people, joining hands to build a rich, beautiful and civilized country.
