Hanoi allocates 57,749 m2 of land in Long Bien district to build park and lake

Hanoi City People's Committee has issued Decision No. 2214/QD-UBND on handing over 57,749 m2 of land in Thuong Thanh Ward, Long Bien District to Long Bien District People's Committee to implement the project of Building a park and lake.

According to the Decision, the Master Plan map of the Detailed Plan, scale 1/500 of the park and lake at the planning block coded A.4/CXKO, prepared by the Architectural Consulting Joint Stock Company, was approved by the People's Committee in accordance with the Decision of the People's Committee of Long Bien District and the form of land use is that the State allocates land without collecting land use fees for a long term with the method of land allocation being no auction of land use rights, no bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.

The Hanoi City People's Committee assigned the Long Bien District People's Committee to contact the Department of Agriculture and Environment to receive land handover on the map and in the field; Within 12 consecutive months from the date of receiving land handover in the field, the Long Bien District People's Committee must put the land into use; in case the land is not put into use or the land use progress is 24 months behind the progress recorded in the investment project from the date of receiving land handover in the field, the Long Bien District People's Committee shall be granted a 24-month extension of land use;

After the extended period, if the Long Bien District People's Committee has not put the land into use or has not used the land in accordance with the content stated in this Decision, the Hanoi City People's Committee shall reclaim the land without compensation for the land, assets attached to the land and remaining investment costs on the land.

Responsible for the origin, land use, site clearance, ensuring compliance with current regulations on construction investment project management; the suitability of the project with the investment content, basic design documents, approved construction drawing design, safety level and ensuring safety of the project when put into use;

At the same time, comply with regulations on environment, fire prevention and fighting and ensure overall planning; at the same time, use land for the right purpose, boundary and area assigned.
