Hanoi deploys 6 groups of contents in the movement of all people to protect national security

On July 18, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Plan No. 191/KH-UBND on implementing Directive No. 06/CT-BCA-V05, dated May 7, 2025 of the Ministry of Public Security on "Improving the quality and effectiveness of the mass movement to protect national security in agencies, enterprises, and educational institutions to meet the requirements and tasks of ensuring security and order in the new situation".

The plan was issued to continue raising awareness and responsibility of Party committees, authorities, departments, branches, and organizations, especially heads of agencies, enterprises, and educational institutions in the city, in ensuring security and order; proactively being vigilant against plots and activities of hostile forces, taking advantage to entice, incite, and cause disturbances that disrupt security and order.

The plan to implement 6 key groups of contents, including: Raising awareness of the entire political system about the movement of the entire people to protect national security in agencies, enterprises, and educational institutions; innovating the content and form of propaganda measures to build the movement of the entire people to protect national security in accordance with the characteristics of agencies, enterprises, and educational institutions.

In particular, it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of building and replicating advanced models and examples in the movement of the entire people to protect national security in agencies, units and schools; pay attention to building, consolidating and promoting the effectiveness of security forces and self-governing mass organizations in units.

Next is to improve the effectiveness of coordination between forces in building the movement of the entire people to protect national security in agencies and units; to carry out well the work of guiding, inspecting, summarizing and concluding the movement.

The City Police is the agency that presides over and advises on the comprehensive implementation of the Plan. The City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and its member organizations closely coordinate with Party committees, local authorities and the Police force to deploy the model, propagate and mobilize all classes to participate in the movement.

Departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of communes and wards strengthen coordination, build core forces, and reward advanced models. Agencies, enterprises, and educational institutions strictly implement regulations, strengthen security forces, and build agencies that meet the standards of "Security and order safety".
