Fireworks light up the capital's sky to celebrate National Day September 2
To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (1945-2025), on the evening of September 2, Hanoi Capital organized an artistic fireworks display, attracting a large number of people and tourists to admire. The brilliant fireworks displays in the sky not only brought a jubilant and exciting atmosphere but also expressed pride and love for the homeland and country on the important holiday.

Fireworks illuminated the sky over Hanoi, the capital city. Ho Guom Lake glowed brightly in the myriad of lights reflecting into the sky and a dazzling fireworks display. On September 2nd, Hanoi city organized six fireworks displays (five firing points) including: In front of the Hanoi Moi Newspaper headquarters; in front of the Hanoi Post Office , Hoan Kiem ward; Coconut Island - Thong Nhat Park, Hai Ba Trung ward; Aquatic Sports Palace, National Sports Complex (F1 racetrack area), Tu Liem ward; Lac Long Quan Flower Garden, Tay Ho ward; Van Quan Lake, Ha Dong ward. For 15 minutes, from 9 PM to 9:15 PM, Hanoi residents witnessed a spectacular fireworks display. At Ho Guom Lake, fireworks were launched from two directions: in front of the Hanoi Moi Newspaper office on Le Thai To Street, and near Hoa Phong Tower on Dinh Tien Hoang Street, in front of the Hanoi Post Office. The dazzling fireworks created a magical scene during the Independence Day celebration. The dazzling fireworks display on the night of September 2nd not only brought joy to the people but also symbolized the spirit of unity and the aspiration for progress of the nation. In that shimmering light, love for the homeland and pride in Vietnam seemed to spread powerfully, becoming an unforgettable mark on this important national holiday.
