Clearly identifying the meaning and importance of the Competition, the Party Committee and Command of Squadron 11 focused on leading and directing the preparation work in all aspects, identifying this as not only a key political task but also an opportunity to inspect and evaluate the actual quality of training and technical assurance of the unit.

This year, the 11th Fleet has 8 ships, 11 boats, 5 vehicles and 39 captains, political commissars, and heads of the electromechanical industry participating in the competition. To meet the requirements of the competition regulations, the ships, boats, and vehicles are meticulously and elaborately preserved and painted; officers and soldiers of the units do not mind the hot weather conditions, taking advantage of holidays and breaks to preserve them according to schedule. Many initiatives, good and creative ways of doing things have been promptly applied, bringing practical results in improving the quality of weapons and technical equipment preservation work, ensuring a synchronous and standardized technical status, ready to participate in the competition with the highest technical coefficient.

Along with that, the Navy has organized training and professional knowledge for the team of captains, political commissars, and heads of the electromechanical industry participating in the competition. At the same time, maintaining seriousness and quality in reviewing the contents according to the instructions of the Competition Organizing Committee.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Lam, Commander of the 11th Fleet, said: This year's competition was organized by the Coast Guard Region 1 Command to evaluate the quality of technical assurance work for ships, boats, and vehicles, thereby improving the quality of preventive maintenance, periodic inspection, and the uniformity of equipment and technical equipment. At the same time, it also improves combat readiness, combat training, management and command skills, and general knowledge for the team of Captains, Political Commissars, and Heads of the Electromechanical Sector, meeting the requirements of assigned tasks. Up to now, the Navy's preparations have been basically completed, ready to enter the competition with a vibrant competitive spirit, solidarity, and the highest determination.

As planned, the contest will take place from August 11 to 15.
