Enterprises, professional associations or commune-level People's Committees shall prepare dossiers and lists of qualified individuals according to regulations and send them to district-level People's Committees for confirmation; compile, propose in writing and send dossiers to the Department of Industry and Trade in July and August.
From September to October, the Department of Industry and Trade will receive applications and advise on the establishment of an Appraisal Council, from which outstanding individuals will be selected for the title. The announcement ceremony and awarding of certificates to artisans is expected to be held in December 2024.
The conferment of the title of handicraft artisan of Hai Duong province is a recognition of the contributions of skilled workers who are dedicating their intelligence, talent and strength to the maintenance and development of the province's handicraft industries.
