Hai Duong completes the grassroots emulation congress

Hai Duong City Military Command commends collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Determination to Win" for the period 2019-2024

The congresses were held solemnly, ensuring the scheduled progress.

The grassroots emulation congress summarized the emulation and reward work and the emulation movement for the period of 2019-2024; honored and rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for the period of 2019-2024; and determined the direction, goals and tasks for the period of 2024-2029.

Hai Duong has 144 collectives and 203 individuals who have excellently completed their tasks and were awarded at the Victory Emulation Congress at all levels for the period 2019-2024. The provincial Victory Emulation Congress is scheduled to be held on July 4.
