The contest is for Hai Duong children from 6 to 15 years old, divided into 2 groups: primary school and secondary school.
The content of the paintings praises the historical significance and the contemporary stature of the Dien Bien Phu Campaign; praises the Communist Party of Vietnam , President Ho Chi Minh, the Vietnam People's Army and the noble sacrifice of the heroes in the Dien Bien Phu Victory; images of Dien Bien Phu then and now; Hai Duong children following the example of previous generations doing thousands of good deeds.
Contestants must present their paintings on white paper, fabric, canvas, etc., measuring 29.7cm x 42cm or 40cm x 60cm, with colors of their choice. Each contestant can submit 1-5 paintings. The paintings must not have been displayed, exhibited, or published in publications, books, magazines, or any other mass media.
Contestants submit their entries to the Hai Duong Provincial Children's House (No. 2 Hoang Hoa Tham, Nguyen Trai Ward, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province). The submission period is from April 15 to May 5. The jury will judge the entries from May 6 to 10. The final and award ceremony is scheduled to take place on May 15.
