Dien Bien TV - On the evening of August 31, at the market space of Tua Chua town, the People's Committee of Tua Tua district held a ceremony to receive the Certificate of ranking as a scenic relic for Chua Po cave, Lao Xa Phinh commune and the Decision to recognize Tua Chua market tourist destination of the People's Committee of Dien Bien province. Attending the ceremony were comrade Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrade Giang Thi Hoa, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrade Vu A Bang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of departments, branches and organizations of the province.

Tua Chua district leaders received the provincial-level relic ranking certificate for Chua Po cave scenic spot.

Chua Po Cave was formed by geological formations millions of years ago, converging many diverse properties of nature. The cave is located at an altitude of nearly 1,600m above sea level, with a depth of 240m. Chua Po Cave has many aesthetic, artistic and tourist values.

Meanwhile, Tua Chua town market was established in 1988. The market opens from Saturday evening to Sunday morning every week and has many unique features in terms of cuisine , ethnic culture; and the richness of local products brought by people from communes and towns in the district for consumption.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vu A Bang suggested: Tua Chua District needs to focus on implementing solutions to promote the value of the scenic relics of Chua Po cave and the market space, contributing to attracting tourists and creating momentum to promote local socio-economic development.

In the immediate future, it is necessary to install signboards, tour route maps, and maps of protected areas of relics and destinations to facilitate visitors. Mobilize local officials and people to enhance their responsibility in protecting the environment; protect the natural landscape and the natural wildness of Chua Po cave; at the same time, prevent and strictly handle acts of encroachment and encroachment on relic and destination land to build illegal structures.

Tua Chua district must proactively develop plans and projects to preserve, restore, embellish and promote the value of ranked and recognized relics and destinations. Through that, it will contribute to bringing the image of people, nature and unique traditional cultural features of Tua Chua to tourists both inside and outside the province./.
