Malaysia Airlines operates the Kuala Lumpur - Da Nang route with a frequency of 7 flights/week using B737-800 aircraft. The addition of Malaysia Airlines has increased the frequency of the Kuala Lumpur - Da Nang route to 28 flights/week.
This is the first time Muhamad Izwan Ab Manan, a Malaysian tourist, has heard of Da Nang before. He shared that Da Nang is very beautiful so he plans to stay here for 4 days to visit and explore some of the city's famous tourist attractions such as the Golden Bridge (Ba Na Hills), Dragon Bridge and Da Nang beach.
Chairman of the Da Nang Tourism Association Cao Tri Dung assessed that Malaysia Airlines has a very large flight network to other international markets. This will be a potential market for Da Nang and the Kuala Lumpur - Da Nang route put into operation by the airline marks a larger, deeper, more sustainable development step for Da Nang tourism.

Recently, city leaders, tourism industry, and businesses have had many activities to promote the Malaysian market to promote Da Nang tourism in general and the Kuala Lumpur - Da Nang route in particular.
In the coming time, the city's tourism industry will continue to coordinate with Malaysia's national airline to organize famtrips, presstrips, and KOLs (travel businesses, tourism, press, and celebrities) to survey and experience Da Nang tourism and support communication and promotion activities to Malaysian tourists.

The opening of a new route from Kuala Lumpur to Da Nang has increased the airline's total number of flights from Kuala Lumpur to Vietnam to 34 flights/week.
With a flight network spanning Asia, Europe, and Oceania with nearly 1,000 destinations in more than 170 countries and territories, the tourism industry expects Malaysia Airlines to be a bridge for Da Nang to expand its tourism market to other destinations around the world.
