The 5th Russian airline brings passengers to Khanh Hoa

This is the airline's first flight to Khanh Hoa. Flight number WZ3203, departing from Kazan International Airport, carried nearly 400 passengers.

Red Wings is the 5th Russian airline to open direct flights to Khanh Hoa after Azur Air, Aeroflot, Ir Aero Airlines and Ikar Airlines.

The plane was welcomed with a solemn water cannon ceremony immediately after landing. Khanh Hoa Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, representatives of Cam Ranh International Airport and related units directly welcomed the delegation, presented flowers and souvenirs to the passengers and crew.

Visitors can also enjoy traditional lion dance performances, traditional musical instrument performances and receive fresh flowers and conical hats.

According to a representative of Fun and Sun Vietnam Co., Ltd., from May 2025, the company will cooperate with Red Wings to operate flights from Russian cities such as Kazan, Moscow, Krasnoyarsk and Yekaterinburg to Khanh Hoa, with a frequency of 4-5 flights/week.

Red Wings is expected to bring 8,000 Russian visitors to Khanh Hoa each month.

Russian tourists to Khanh Hoa increase rapidly

With the opening of many direct flights from Russia, the number of visitors from this traditional market is gradually increasing.

In April 2025, Khanh Hoa welcomed more than 31,000 Russian visitors, an increase of 30.7% compared to March.

In the first 4 months of 2025, the whole province welcomed more than 80,000 Russian visitors, 2.5 times higher than the same period in 2024.
