The Spring Newspaper Display and Fine Arts Exhibition in 2024 displayed and introduced publications of Ninh Binh press along with nearly 100 newspapers and magazines nationwide; introduced nearly 200 books and documents on the glorious historical tradition of the Communist Party of Vietnam over the past 94 years; the achievements of the country's renovation; the glorious tradition and the merits and contributions of the Provincial Party Committee in the revolutionary cause.

In addition, the 2024 Spring Newspaper Exhibition online has updated more than 210 Tet newspapers ready to serve readers who do not have the conditions to visit the Library. This is also a key content of the process of promoting the application of science and technology and digital transformation of the library industry. The online Spring Newspaper Exhibition helps people access and read all types of newspapers anytime, anywhere using computers or mobile phones.
At the same time, 120 school library pages are applying library management software deployed by the Provincial Library and are displaying the Spring Newspaper online. Thereby, contributing to strengthening propaganda work, building correct ideological awareness for people in the period of information technology and communication explosion.
