Ms. Phung Thi Nga, 90 years old, living in Hanoi, and her daughter excitedly recorded the sacred moment before National Day.
Ms. Huong, Ms. Nga's daughter, said: "Every big holiday like April 30, August 19 or September 2, I always take my mother to visit Uncle Ho's Mausoleum. Especially today, standing in front of the place where Uncle Ho read the Declaration of Independence, I believe my mother feels extremely happy and proud."

Amidst the bustling crowd, the images of two veterans Pham Tu Loi and Dinh Thi Doan, both over 80 years old, attracted attention.
In military uniform, the elders emotionally shared: “We are very proud to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam with the whole nation. The arduous years in the military have now become memories. Being alive today, meeting comrades again, standing in front of Uncle Ho's Mausoleum is an immense luck and happiness.”
Many people choose white and red ao dai with accessories that highlight patriotism such as the red flag with yellow star, conical hat, scarf, and Southern scarves. Some people also wear eye-catching national costumes.
Loan Nguyen, 24 years old, currently working in Hanoi shared: "Coming soon September 2 So our group invited each other to go to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to take souvenir photos. Today we prepared from 8am, when we arrived we saw a lot of people "checking in", there were both old and young people, even people from far away also came to Ba Dinh Square to take souvenir photos".
