The final round of the Future CEO (TFC) 2024 competition recently took place at Van Lang University, Ho Chi Minh City.

The Future CEO 2024 competition is organized by the Vietnam Institute of Applied Arts and Crafts, under the patronage of the Vietnam Institute of Applied Arts and Crafts (VIPA Institute) and the Central Association of Vietnamese Record Holders.

TFC 2024 attracted participation from over 50 universities, colleges, and high schools nationwide. With the theme "Leadership 4.0 - Adaptation and Innovation," the competition served as a practical and highly applicable platform, providing young people with opportunities to debate, engage in discussions, and develop global management thinking.

After overcoming two challenging rounds of competition, the judging panel has selected 24 outstanding contestants from various provinces and cities to advance to the national final round.

Here, contestants are divided into 6 teams, each with 4 members, working together to overcome 3 stages in the Final round, showcasing the capabilities and management thinking of young leaders.

To ensure the fairness of the competition and provide insightful, practical perspectives to help contestants better understand the requirements of a leader in the new era, the judging panel for the TFC 2024 Final Round consists of leading CEOs, business leaders, and reputable experts in Vietnam.

After three challenging and exciting rounds of competition, with an impressive performance, Team 5 won the championship title of the first TFC season 2024, with a total prize value of up to 120 million VND.

Team 5 consists of the following members: Nguyen Le Anh Tuan (Van Lang University), Luong Vo Hoai Thuong (University of Finance - Marketing), Ho Cam Van (Can Tho University), and Truong Ngoc Hoang (University of Science , Hue University).

In addition, the "Future CEO 2024" competition also has a special award for the contestant with the most outstanding and impressive presentation in the Final Round. The award is a scholarship on "Leadership & Management" from Harvard University, sponsored by the O'Light Next Gen Scholarship Fund.

The runner-up in the competition was Team 4, consisting of members: Nguyen Pham Chau Anh (Foreign Trade University, Quang Ninh campus), Phan Nhat Phat (Dong Thap University), Chau Gia Bao (Saigon International Private University), and Tran Thi Kim Tram ( Ba Ria - Vung Tau University).

The runner-up position went to team 6, consisting of members: Lam Nhat Hoang (Van Lang University), Nguyen Hong Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics), Le Thi Thanh Tam (University of Foreign Languages ​​- Da Nang University), and Vo Van Tam (Eastern International University).
