The exhibition of national achievements “80 years of Independence – Freedom – Happiness” taking place in Hanoi has recreated the great milestones in the history of the nation. From the original documents giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, to the call for resistance against the US and the image of the victory day of April 30, 1975, the exhibition brings viewers back to the heroic flow, where the will to establish the constitution - resistance - unification is seamlessly connected by the Party flag.
The 1960 Constitution is considered an important milestone, laying the foundation for building a socialist rule-of-law state in the North, affirming the nature of the state of the people, by the people and for the people.

The lines typed on a typewriter are simple but contain the power to give birth to a nation: affirming the right to national independence, the right to human freedom, opening a new era for the Vietnamese people.

The list of the Provisional Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam shows the convergence of many revolutionaries, intellectuals, artists, demonstrating the spirit of unity in building the young independence.

On July 17, 1966, President Ho Chi Minh issued an "Appeal to the Resistance War Against America to Save the Country", encouraging the fighting spirit of the entire nation with the immortal truth: "Nothing is more precious than independence and freedom".

Hundreds of people attending the exhibition relived the heroic atmosphere of the resistance years, when Uncle Ho's call became a torch to light the way.

Images of Saigon on the day of liberation appear on the exhibition backdrop, recalling the historic moment when the country turned a new page - national reunification.

The number April 30, 1975 shines brightly in the exhibition space like an immortal epic, reminding us of the endless pride of the nation.

The liberation flag flutters on a bright red background, a sacred symbol of peace and unity, crystallized from the blood and bones of millions of Vietnamese people.

The exhibition ended with the symbol of 95 years of the Communist Party of Vietnam - the flag that has guided the nation through all stages of history, continuing to step firmly into the new era.

From the 1945 Declaration of Independence, the 1960 Constitution, the 1966 Call for Resistance Against the US, to the great victory of Spring 1975 and today – 95 years of the Party leading the way – the exhibition has recounted a heroic historical journey. It is not only a memory, but also a belief and strength for the Vietnamese people to firmly step into the future.
