Established in 2010, when border region logistics infrastructure was still limited, NCT began its journey with only 3 container trucks, 10 employees, and rudimentary facilities. In a fiercely competitive environment, the company chose a different path: investing systematically, maintaining credibility, and applying technology to create differentiation.

Thanks to this mindset, NCT, starting as a small domestic company, has grown into one of the leading logistics businesses in the Northeast region. Currently, the company owns a fleet of over 70 modern container trucks, including tractor trucks, specialized trailers, and refrigerated trucks serving the import and export of agricultural products, electronics, and industrial materials. The company's transportation system covers the entire North-South route, connecting major economic centers such as Hanoi, Hai Phong, Bac Giang , Ho Chi Minh City… and expanding into international markets through the Mong Cai border gate, aiming towards trans-Asian transport routes to China, Laos, Thailand, and Cambodia.
Each year, NCT transports over 30,000 tons of goods, completes over 12,000 container shipments, and creates jobs for more than 200 workers with an average income of 14-16 million VND/month. The company consistently contributes over 20 billion VND/year to the local budget and is one of the highest-paying private logistics companies in the area.
Beyond transportation, NCT has developed a comprehensive logistics ecosystem encompassing warehousing, logistics, border crossing logistics, and supply chain solution consulting. The company has invested in two 15,000 m² container transshipment yards, a warehousing system with a capacity of 5,000 tons, and software for GPS tracking, fuel monitoring, and automated delivery planning. Thanks to the complete digitalization of its operations, the company saves 12-15% on operating costs and increases labor productivity by 120% compared to 2018.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, when many logistics businesses were disrupted due to supply chain breakdowns, NCT maintained stable operations thanks to restructuring its management system, early digital transformation, and proactively coordinating its fleet in a flexible manner. As a result, the company's revenue still achieved an average growth rate of 8–10% per year during the 2021–2024 period, affirming its effective management capabilities and high adaptability to market fluctuations.
With a spirit of dedication and innovation, NCT has consistently achieved many outstanding accomplishments: The company was honored as one of the Top 10 Golden Brands of Vietnam in 2022, and received a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association in 2025. It was also recognized by the Provincial Business Association as a model and dynamic unit during the 2018-2023 term. Notably, in 2024, the company was nominated by the Department of Industry and Trade and the Provincial Business Association for the list of outstanding enterprises in Quang Ninh province, recognizing its significant contributions to the logistics sector.
Alongside economic development, NCT focuses on social activities, regularly sponsoring scholarship funds, supporting people in disadvantaged areas, participating in charitable programs such as "Spring on the Border," and "Tet for the Poor"... “Looking towards the 2025-2030 period, NCT aims to invest in a smart warehousing center in the Bac Luan border gate area, expand international transport routes in the East-West economic corridor, and implement a green logistics model – using fuel-efficient vehicles, reducing CO₂ emissions, and moving towards sustainable development,” Mr. Trinh shared.
