NCT Logistics Trading Joint Stock Company develops a complete logistics service ecosystem.

Established in 2010, when the logistics infrastructure in the border area was still limited, NCT started its journey with only 3 container trucks, 10 employees and simple facilities. In the fierce competition, the company chose a different path: invest systematically, keep its reputation and apply technology to create a difference.

Mr. Ninh Van Trinh, Chairman of the Board of Directors - General Director of the Company said: “From the very beginning, we determined that if we wanted to develop sustainably, we had to professionalize every step. Thanks to that mindset, from a small domestic unit, NCT has grown to become one of the leading logistics enterprises in the Northeast region. Currently, the company owns a fleet of more than 70 modern container vehicles, including tractors, specialized trailers and refrigerated trucks serving the import and export of agricultural products, electronics, and industrial materials. The company's transportation system covers all North-South routes, connecting major economic centers such as Hanoi, Hai Phong, Bac Giang , Ho Chi Minh City... and expanding to the international market through Mong Cai border gate, towards the trans-Asia transportation route to China, Laos, Thailand and Cambodia.

Each year, NCT transports more than 30,000 tons of goods, performs over 12,000 container shipments, creates jobs for more than 200 workers with an average income of 14-16 million VND/month. The enterprise contributes stably over 20 billion VND/year to the local budget and is one of the private logistics units paying the highest taxes in the locality.

Not only stopping at transportation, NCT has developed a complete logistics service ecosystem including warehousing, logistics, border logistics and supply chain solution consulting. The company invested in 2 transit container yards of 15,000 m², a 5,000-ton warehouse system with GPS route management software, fuel monitoring and automatic delivery planning. Thanks to the digitization of the entire operating process, the enterprise saved 12-15% of operating costs, increasing labor productivity by 120% compared to 2018.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, when many logistics businesses were disrupted due to supply chain disruptions, NCT maintained stable operations thanks to restructuring its management system, early digital transformation, and proactively coordinating vehicles in a flexible manner. Thanks to that, the company's revenue still achieved an average growth rate of 8-10%/year in the period 2021-2024; affirming its effective management capacity and high adaptability to market fluctuations.

With a spirit of dedication and creativity, NCT has continuously achieved many outstanding achievements: The enterprise was honored in the Top 10 Golden Brands of Vietnam in 2022, and received a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association in 2025. At the same time, the Provincial Business Association assessed the company as a typical and dynamic unit in the 2018-2023 term. In particular, in 2024, the company was nominated by the Department of Industry and Trade and the Provincial Business Association to the list of Outstanding Enterprises of Quang Ninh province, recognizing its outstanding contributions in the field of logistics.

Along with economic development, NCT focuses on social activities, regularly sponsors education promotion funds, supports people in difficult areas, participates in charity programs, "Spring on the border", "Tet for the poor"...
