Tay Ninh: Team K71 collects the remains of 99 martyrs who died in Cambodia

On November 25, the Tay Ninh Provincial Military Command informed about the activities of the K71 team searching for the remains of martyrs who died on the Cambodian battlefield.

Accordingly, from November 6 to November 25, 2025, Team K71 deployed many search teams in Oddar Meanchay, Siem Reap and Banteay Meancheay. The terrain was rugged, the forest roads were difficult to travel, the weather changed constantly, many points had to be returned to for verification, but the whole team still maintained a high working pace, not afraid of difficulties, not afraid of hardship, sticking to the area until each suspected location was clarified.

After 20 days, the team collected 99 sets of martyrs' remains (Oddar Meanchay: 73, Siem Reap: 1, Banteay Meanchey: 25). Each discovery point was handled according to the correct procedure, demonstrating the sense of responsibility and will of the officers and soldiers in the task of searching for their comrades.

This result was achieved thanks to the persistent efforts of the entire team and the dedicated support of the Cambodian people and local guides who provided information, showed locations and accompanied us during the mission.

Team K71 clearly determined: As long as there is information and clues, we will continue to search and stick to the area until we have collected everything, without missing any possibility. The whole team will continue to concentrate forces and process new sources of information to successfully complete the first round of collection tasks, phase 25 in the coming time.
