The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that today, November 28, the weather in the North and North Central regions will be rainless at night, with some fog in the early morning and sunny during the day. The night and morning will be cold, with some areas in the mountainous areas of the North being very cold, and high mountainous areas should be wary of the possibility of frost.

The South and other regions will have intermittent sunshine, with showers and thunderstorms in some places. Thunderstorms may have tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.

The sea today is still affected by storm number 15. Currently the storm's path is quite tricky as it changes direction up and down continuously.

Due to the storm's influence, the central East Sea area (including the sea area north of Truong Sa special zone) has strong winds of level 7-9, the area near the storm's eye has strong winds of level 10-12, gusting to level 15. Waves are 4-6m high, the area near the storm's eye is 7-9m, the sea is very rough.

Since early morning and today, the offshore sea area from Gia Lai to Khanh Hoa has had strong winds of level 6-7, then increasing to level 8, gusting to level 9-10, waves 5-7m high, rough seas.

Vessels operating in the above mentioned dangerous areas are susceptible to the impact of storms, whirlwinds, strong winds and large waves.
