Provincial People's Council approved a number of draft Resolutions on land.

Accordingly, in 2024, the Provincial People's Council approved the addition of 36 new projects requiring land acquisition for socio -economic development for the public interest, as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 62, Land Law 2013, with a total demand and area of 157.59 hectares and approved the adjustment of 42 projects, with a total area of 281.8 hectares. Along with that, 1.002 hectares were transferred, in plots 2,4,5, sub-area 717D, Noong Bua ward and plot 1, sub-area 721B, Nam Thanh ward, Dien Bien Phu city.
