The Thich Ke Quang ship is 163m long, 22m wide, has a full load displacement of more than 9,000 tons and a maximum speed of up to 40km/h.
The ship consists of 476 officers, sailors and cadets, led by Major General Su Dan Sinh, Political Commissar of Dalian Naval Academy, Chinese Navy.
