Support the protection, management, exploitation and development of the collective trademarks "Hoa Anh Tu" and "Oi An Hoa"

On the morning of September 25, the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) of Hai Phong city organized a selection advisory council to carry out city-level S&T tasks: Support the protection, management, exploitation and development of the collective trademark (CTA) "Hoa Anh Tu" for cut flower products of Tan Tien ward, An Duong district, Hai Phong city; Support the protection, management, exploitation and development of the collective trademark "Oi An Hoa" for guava products of An Hoa ward, An Duong district, Hai Phong city.

02 tasks were deployed with the aim of supporting the registration of protection, management and exploitation of collective trademark development for fresh cut flower products of Tan Tien ward, An Duong district and guava products of An Hoa ward, An Duong district (now An Duong ward) of Hai Phong city, thereby promoting the economic value of the profession, increasing income and improving people's lives, contributing to the sustainable development of the local socio-economy.

For the task "Hoa Anh Tu", the group of authors built the following contents: Assessing the current status of production, consumption and management of cut flower products in An Duong ward, Hai Phong city; Building and completing the collective trademark registration dossier; Building collective trademark management tools for fresh cut flower products; Building tools for exploiting and developing collective trademarks for fresh cut flower products. For the task "Oi An Hoa" including 05 contents: Assessing the current status of production - business of Guava products and related issues serving the registration of protection and management of the collective trademark "Oi An Hoa" of An Hoa ward, An Duong district, Hai Phong city; Building and completing the collective trademark registration dossier "Oi An Hoa"; Building a system of documents and tools for managing the collective trademark "Oi An Hoa" for guava products of An Hoa ward, An Duong district, Hai Phong city; Exploiting and developing the collective brand "An Hoa Guava"; Training to improve capacity for producers and managers.

At the Conference, the Council members focused on exchanging, discussing and giving many comments to the research group to supplement and complete the 02 tasks. The Council suggested that it is necessary to clarify the scientific and practical basis of the topic, edit the topic name to suit the practical situation of the 02-level government, add new related legal bases; state the advantages, difficulties and obstacles to clarify the urgency of the 02 tasks; clarify the product consumption market; the effectiveness of the products; there must be documents of coordination with localities and cooperatives; unify the name according to the new administrative place name.

At the end of the Conference, the Advisory Council unanimously approved 02 research tasks, and at the same time requested the unit in charge of the tasks to seriously absorb comments, edit and complete the dossier in accordance with regulations so that the Department of Science and Technology can submit it to the City People's Committee for approval and implementation in the coming time./.
