Support to fix electrical short circuit that caused house fire in Quy Luong commune

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - At 8:15 a.m. on August 29, at the household of Mr. Truong Van Huan, born in 1975, Ngoc Sinh village, Quy Luong commune, a fire broke out, completely damaging the 3-room house and the 2-room stilt house, along with all the furniture in the house.

According to initial information, the fire broke out in the stilt house of Mr. Truong Van Huan's family due to a short circuit caused by boiling water with an electric kettle. When the fire was discovered, the villagers tried to put out the fire. However, because the stilt house contained many flammable materials and the roof was thatched, the fire quickly spread to the ground-level house, causing the fire to completely burn down the two houses along with all the property inside and household items, causing an estimated loss of nearly 300 million VND. Fortunately, there were no casualties in the fire.

Authorities and people of Ngoc Sinh village, Quy Luong commune helped Mr. Truong Van Huan's family build a temporary house to live in.

Immediately after the incident, the Party Committee and the government of Quy Luong commune, along with the functional forces and villagers, helped Mr. Huan's family clean up, build a temporary house to live in, and at the same time provided money, rice and necessities to help the family overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives. It is known that Mr. Huan's family has just escaped near poverty.
