Support over 21,000 textbooks for students affected by floods

On October 15, the Department of Education and Training received and handed over over 21,000 textbooks sponsored by the Hanoi Education Investment and Development Joint Stock Company to schools in the province that suffered damage due to floods.

Leaders of the Department of Education and Training presented books to Ngoc Ha High School, Ngoc Duong Commune.

Leaders representing the Department of Education and Training directly visited schools to visit, encourage and hand over over 21,000 textbooks with a total value of over 342 million VND to primary, secondary and high schools in the province that suffered heavy damage caused by storm No. 10. At the same time, they requested schools to promptly hand over textbooks to students and overcome difficulties, well prepare conditions to organize educational activities to ensure quality and effectiveness.

The timely donation of textbooks not only has material value but is also a great source of spiritual encouragement, helping schools and students in flood-affected areas overcome initial difficulties, quickly stabilize teaching and learning, and prevent natural disasters from interrupting educational work.
