- Hai Phong is the land that produces many beauty queens, many of whom are famous both domestically and internationally. How do you feel about becoming one of the “flowers” of the port city?
- Hai Phong has many famous beauty queens such as Miss Vietnam 2002 Pham Thi Mai Phuong (she was also in the top 20 of Miss World ); Miss Vietnam 2004 Nguyen Thi Huyen; Miss Universe Vietnam 2015 Pham Huong... and many other beauties who won the title of beauty queen and runner-up in other beauty contests.
I am very happy that my hometown (old Hai Duong ) merged with Hai Phong City and I became a citizen, a beauty queen in the flower forest of the Port City. My hometown always has a special place, nurturing and enriching my soul. It is a land of culture, rich in culture and history, home to many famous people and national heroes. Now, my hometown has expanded its geographical space, adding more potential to grow and develop in all aspects.
- How do you understand the name of the Miss Earth contest? What will you do to promote your mission as Miss Earth?
- The Miss Earth contest not only honors the beauty of women but also brings together our intelligence and responsibility for the environment. Currently, I am an environmental ambassador for Hai Phong City. I will utilize my abilities, position and responsibilities to spread green lifestyle, carry out environmental protection projects and inspire the community to join hands for a more sustainable earth.
- What was the most difficult thing Tram Anh encountered while participating in this contest and how did you overcome it?
- The hardest thing for me during the competition was the pressure from expectations and comments from social networks. There were times when I felt like I wasn't good enough, didn't do well enough, and wasn't perfect enough. But I overcame it by listening to myself, staying positive, and turning each challenge into motivation to grow more each day.
- Being 1m74 tall is an advantage for you in the competition, but has it ever been a fear or made you feel inferior? Are there any memories related to this that you still remember?
- When I was in high school, my height used to be an inferiority complex for me because my friends teased me. I used to wish I was shorter so that I wouldn't be noticed. But now, I have learned to appreciate the difference and thanks to my height, I have the opportunity to enter the competition and win the highest position. I think it is a gift instead of a disadvantage like before.
- Up to this point, 3rd runner-up Trinh My Anh has become Vietnam's representative at the upcoming Miss Earth pageant. Although she was crowned Miss Earth Vietnam 2025, she is not the one sent to compete internationally. Does this put pressure on you?
- For me, this is not pressure but motivation for me to continue to improve myself. After the contest, the top 4 met with the organizing committee to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of each person. The fact that 3rd runner-up Trinh My Anh became Vietnam's representative at the upcoming Miss Earth contest is because she is considered to have maturity, courage and experience. It is a fair and professional choice of the organizing committee, helping to select the most suitable person at the present time for the international arena. For me, the crown is just the beginning, the journey ahead is what is truly important. I will strive every day to be worthy of the trust of the organizing committee and the audience.
Ngo Thi Tram Anh was born in 2006 in Nam An Phu ward, currently a first-year student majoring in Business Administration at the Vietnam Women's Academy. She is 1m74 tall with measurements of 87 - 64 - 93 cm, and was crowned Miss High School and Miss Elegant Student of the whole country before coming to Miss Earth Vietnam 2025.
Throughout the journey of the contest, Tram Anh showed stability and stood out in many competitions, especially the sub-contests such as Sports Beauty, Beach Beauty and won two important awards: "Favorite Beauty" and "Evening Dress Beauty". In the final night, she continued to shine with her swimsuit and evening gown performances and the environmental message sharing competition, showing her careful preparation, convincing presentation skills and confident demeanor. Notably, Tram Anh's behavioral competition received many compliments when she answered bilingually, conveying a profound message about climate change and the responsibility of each individual towards the planet.
