Attending the model deployment session were comrade Do Xuan Hieu - Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, Director of the Commune Public Administration Service Center; together with representatives of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune; Commune Cultural - Social Department; members of the community digital technology team; and people in Hoa Phu commune.
The “Digital Village” model is one of the activities of Hoa Phu commune in response to the “Digital Literacy for the People” movement, aiming to equip people with basic digital knowledge and skills to use online public services, apply smart utilities in life and production, gradually forming a digital skills foundation so that people can confidently participate in the digital environment and gradually complete the targets of building a solid digital society based on the foundation of digital citizens.

Speaking at the program, comrade Do Xuan Hieu - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee, Director of the Hoa Phu Commune Public Administration Service Center affirmed that he will accompany and stand side by side with the people, from arranging staff to each village, each training session; ensuring the network infrastructure and equipment operate smoothly; to mobilizing technology businesses to support 24/7 and will resolve as quickly as possible the difficulties of the people in the process of using digital technologies .
At the model deployment session, staff of the Commune Public Administration Service Center, with direct support from the Community Digital Technology Team, guided people to use online public services in handling administrative procedures; directly guided people to submit documents on the national public service portal, make online payments, and make electronic payments in handling administrative procedures; guided people to install and use basic applications such as VneID, Dak Lak Digital, and the Digital Popular Education Platform at the address: https://binhdanhocvuso.gov.vn. At the same time, people were also instructed on basic information security skills when participating in activities in the online environment.

Although there are still many difficulties in infrastructure equipment and digital skills, the implementation of this model has shown the efforts, determination, cooperation and response of the entire Hoa Phu commune community; each village and hamlet will become an open "digital classroom", where technology is no longer strange but becomes a practical tool serving life, production and development. Thereby, the spirit of "the whole people learning digital, the whole people mastering technology" will be spread, contributing to building a modern new countryside and a strong digital community.
