Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Action Month of Hoai Duc District Nguyen Trung Thuan delivered the opening speech and launched the Action Month on occupational safety and hygiene and the Workers' Month in 2025, and emphasized: After 14 years of launching the Workers' Month, the 9th year of implementing the Action Month on occupational safety and hygiene, in Hoai Duc district, ensuring safe and healthy working conditions and environment continues to be of concern along with caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, civil servants and laborers.

Hoai Duc District Trade Unions at all levels have also strived to compete in organizing many activities and movements to attract a large number of workers, civil servants, and laborers to enthusiastically participate, promote their potential, intelligence, good labor, creative labor, and make achievements to celebrate the country's major holidays; organize activities associated with the emulation movements "Good workers", "Good people, good deeds", "Initiatives, creativity"...

In 2025, the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Hygiene has the theme "Strengthening assessment, identifying hazards and risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace"; Workers' Month has the theme "Vietnamese workers pioneering into a new era".

The Head of the Organizing Committee of the Action Month of Hoai Duc district called on Party committees at all levels, authorities, organizations, enterprises, production and business establishments, trade unions at all levels, and workers, civil servants, and laborers to be highly determined and enthusiastically respond to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Hygiene, Workers' Month 2025 with specific and practical actions, demonstrating the determination to excellently complete the political tasks of agencies, units, and production and business plans of enterprises. Thereby creating a good effect, spreading widely; practically achieving achievements to celebrate the anniversaries of the country, the Capital and the district, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress and the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress at all levels...

For businesses, it is necessary to increase investment and build a safety and occupational hygiene management system; self-check and assess safety and occupational hygiene risks at the workplace to proactively control and prevent dangerous and harmful factors, and regularly improve working conditions...

On this occasion, the City Labor Federation presented 30 gifts, the District People's Committee presented 10 gifts; the District Labor Federation presented 29 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, those who had work-related accidents or occupational diseases in the area, with a total gift value of 54.5 million VND.
