QQ reported that Chen Ronglian, An Yixuan's businessman husband, continued to appear in court on March 8 in Macau (China). During the hearing, the casino billionaire mentioned his wife and children for the first time.

According to Tran Vinh Luyen, since the day he was arrested, his family has been living in misery. Relatives have suffered a mental breakdown due to pressure, attacks and heavy gossip from public opinion.

During the time Tran Vinh Luyen was on trial, no one, including his wife An Di Hien, dared to appear in court for fear of the media. A friend said An Di Hien often stopped eating and cried alone. Despite her suffering, she always had to appear strong in front of her children and father-in-law.

Tran Vinh Luyen's 90-year-old father often hid in his room and cried because he missed his son. His two young children often asked their mother: "Why doesn't dad come home? ". Tran Vinh Luyen hoped that the court would clarify the truth and make a fair judgment, acquitting him and his employees and releasing them.

According to QQ , Tran Vinh Luyen's case will have its final verdict on April 21.

Tran Vinh Luyen once owned assets worth more than 1 billion USD . He was arrested in January 2022. Tran Vinh Luyen and his accomplices were charged with 83 crimes such as money laundering, illegal casino business, establishing and leading a criminal organization. An Di Hien's husband could receive a maximum sentence of up to 30 years in prison.
