Hoan Kiem Ward also organized a trial run of the first session of the first term People's Council of the ward, term 2021-2026, to announce the Resolutions of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City People's Council on the personnel of the ward People's Council; consider and issue Resolutions on the organization of the People's Council and People's Committee of the ward according to their authority; consider and issue Resolutions on the socio-economic development plan and budget in the ward; decide on regular meetings of the ward People's Council in 2025 according to regulations.

* Previously, on the afternoon of June 28, Secretary of the Hoan Kiem Ward Party Committee (new) Vu Dang Dinh also had a meeting and discussion to listen to the opinions of Party members from Dien Bien Ward (Ba Dinh District) about transferring Party activities to Hoan Kiem Ward.
At the meeting, key cadres of Party Cell 1 and Party Cell 2 of Dien Bien Ward, Ba Dinh District, the Party Cells that will officially transfer their activities to the Hoan Kiem Ward Party Committee (new) according to the new administrative unit arrangement plan, exchanged information related to the transfer of Party activities of 181 Party members of two Party Cells of Dien Bien Ward to the Hoan Kiem Ward Party Committee.
Up to now, all Party members of the two Party cells have completed all procedures for transferring Party activities in accordance with the Party Charter. Of which, Party Cell 1 has 4/7 Party Committee members and Party Cell 2 has 3/7 Party Committee members transferring activities, ensuring inheritance, stability and continuity in Party organization work at the grassroots level.
Speaking at the meeting, comrade Vu Dang Dinh affirmed that the Hoan Kiem Ward Party Committee (new) will create the most favorable conditions for party members to continue to promote their qualities and abilities, contributing to the overall development of the locality. At the same time, he hoped that party members of the two Party cells would maintain the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, promote good traditions, and together build the Hoan Kiem Ward Party Committee (new) to be increasingly clean and strong, worthy of the position and tradition of Hoan Kiem District - the administrative, political and cultural center of the Capital.
