Complete preparations for the World Heritage Announcement Ceremony of Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac Complex

Tomorrow evening, August 17, the Announcement Ceremony of the World Heritage Site of Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac, organized by the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province in coordination with the People's Committee of Hai Phong city, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, the Ministry of Culture - Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Quang Ninh province will officially take place. At this point, preparations are ready, ensuring the program takes place solemnly and meaningfully.

The main stage of the program with the central position being the Truc Lam Buddhist lotus symbol, combined with a modern sound, lighting system and large LED screen, has basically completed construction.

The program of the Announcement Ceremony of the World Heritage Complex of Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac will take place at Minh Tam Square in Legacy Yen Tu Resort, with a scale of 5,000 seats for delegates.

Proceed to install and calibrate the LED screen on the afternoon of August 16.

The main stage of the program is 70m long and nearly 30m high, designed in harmony with the spiritual space of Yen Tu. The central position is the symbol of the Truc Lam Buddhist lotus, combined with a modern sound, lighting system, and large LED screen, which is being installed to ensure the right schedule and aesthetic requirements.

To complete this project, the construction unit worked for 10 days with more than 200 workers. By 2:00 p.m. on August 16, the preparation work was about 90% complete. Today, the units will complete the progress to organize the rehearsal program tonight, August 16.

Viettel Quang Ninh technicians completed the installation and operation of mobile BTS stations serving the program.

Along with completing the stage, carefully preparing equipment and human resources for the program, all technical factors, including electricity and telecommunications conditions, have been completed. The production unit has completed the installation of generators to ensure power supply for the program. Viettel Quang Ninh has also completed the installation of 2 mobile BTS stations, each station includes 7 4G cells, 2 5G cells, capable of providing 20,000 accesses at the same time to serve the program.

Tomorrow, August 17, after the ceremony to announce the outstanding global value of the World Cultural Heritage Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac will host the special art program "Thanh am Yen Tu - A thousand-year heritage". The program is elaborately invested, expected to last 120 minutes, including 3 chapters: "Following the footsteps of Buddha King", "Truc Lam's heroic spirit - Eternal Vietnamese spirit" and "The heroic spirit of rising - Vietnam's aspiration".

Seats for delegates, residents and tourists were prepared from the afternoon of August 16.

The program has the participation of more than 700 actors and artists, including many famous singers and artists such as: Thanh Thanh Hien, Ngoc Anh, Thu Hang, Vu Thang Loi, Dong Hung, Tong Xuan Tung, Viet Danh, Soobin Hoang Son; conductor Dong Quang Vinh; Tre Dance Group; along with theaters, art troupes, cultural clubs inside and outside the province.

Immediately after the art program, a high-altitude fireworks display will light up the Yen Tu sky, bringing the audience into a unique cultural and musical space amidst the sacred mountains, where the eternal sounds of heritage echo.

The announcement ceremony of the World Heritage Site of Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac is not only an activity to honor the special value of Yen Tu Heritage but also an opportunity to widely promote the image, culture and people of Quang Ninh to domestic and international friends; at the same time, it is an important political event contributing to the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

The program will be broadcast live from 8:00 p.m. on August 17 on VTV2, VTV4 and VTV Go application of Vietnam Television; QTV1, QTV3 channels of Quang Ninh Newspaper and Radio and Television; and rebroadcast on a number of provincial and municipal TV channels nationwide.
