Public land managed by the People's Committees at the commune and district levels in the province is 4,026 plots/area of 2,344ha. Public land managed by the Land Fund Development Center (Center) is assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to manage 50 plots/255.79ha. Public land managed by the Economic Zone Management Board in Dinh An Economic Zone is 69 plots/998.4ha (of which, 49 plots/375.9ha have been allocated and leased; 20 plots/622.5ha are currently being managed). In the coming time, it is necessary to strengthen the steering committee; include it in the periodic inspection plan. Direct the People's Committees at the commune level to strictly manage land plots that have been banned from marking, strictly handle cases of irresponsibility for re-encroachment, loss of boundary posts but not handled promptly; ensure compliance with the provisions in Decision No. 13/2020/QD-UBND, dated June 22, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee on organizing public posting of public land plots (Clause 4, Article 24). It is necessary to check and verify in advance the origin of the land, land type, land with or without architectural works... before giving opinions for handling.
