The visit to Vietnam by Japanese Crown Prince Akishino and Princess Kiko takes place in the context of the Vietnam - Japan Extensive Strategic Partnership being in a good period, developing strongly in many fields. In particular, the visit takes place on the occasion of the two countries celebrating the 50th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations (1973-2023).
According to the program, today, September 21, at the Presidential Palace, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan will preside over the welcoming ceremony and hold talks with Crown Prince Akishino. During the visit, Crown Prince Akishino and Princess Kiko will have activities such as: laying flowers at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and visiting Uncle Ho's stilt house and fish pond; meeting with President Vo Van Thuong; attending the 50th anniversary of Vietnam - Japan relations...
