Can I become a Human Resource Manager after studying Mechanical Engineering?

VnExpressVnExpress26/10/2023

I plan to study Mechanical Engineering and then switch to Human Resource Management, but I don't know if it's possible.

I am currently a second-year student majoring in Mechanical Engineering at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education. After a year of study, I found that I am not suited to this major and am more inclined towards social sciences, specifically Human Resource Management (HRM).

After graduating from Mechanical Engineering, can I find an opportunity (or path) to work in Human Resource Management? I hope to receive everyone's opinions to make the right decision.
