1.	Students are children of people with revolutionary contributions, specifically: – Students are children of Martyrs; – Students are children of People's Armed Forces Heroes; – Students are children of Labor Heroes during the resistance war period; – Students who are children of War Invalids, including War Invalids of type B recognized before December 31, 1993; people who enjoy policies like War Invalids; – Students are children of war invalids; – Students are children of resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals; – Students are children of people who participated in revolution, resistance, national defense, and international duty and were imprisoned or exiled by the enemy; – Students are children of people who participated in the resistance war to liberate the nation, protect the Fatherland, and perform international duties; – Students are children of people who have contributed to the revolution.	1. 3.	Orphaned students under 22 years old are eligible for monthly social allowances according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 5 of Decree 20/2021/ND-CP dated March 15, 2021 of the Government on social assistance policies for social protection beneficiaries.	1.
