Asynchrony in knowledge acquisition is common, requiring teachers to be patient, creative and dedicated to adjusting lectures, creating opportunities for students to grasp the lesson better.

However, there is still a situation where teachers do not teach all the lessons in class, or are vague about knowledge to teach extra lessons after school. Parents and students have complained but have not been properly handled. There needs to be a hotline and a public, transparent handling mechanism to correct this situation.

If teachers do not focus on regular teaching hours, lose connection with students, and neglect tutoring and enrichment, students and parents are forced to attend extra classes. This choice is disguised as consensus and voluntary, but if we evaluate it dialectically, it originates from "coercion" because students do not understand the lesson during regular hours.

On the podium, teachers need to be strict with themselves. Flexibly adjusting content and teaching methods according to the progress of the class is an important factor to help students understand the lesson right in class. Teachers at any level must take the joy of seeing students understand the lesson as a motivation and measure of professional ethics.

School hours must be a place where students can access knowledge fully and fairly. Teachers need to teach with both conscience and responsibility. Schools must be places that nurture dreams, inspire positive emotions and give students the confidence to step into life.

Therefore, Circular 29 on management of extra teaching and learning is necessary when the rampant situation of extra teaching causes pressure on students and dissatisfaction among parents.
