Among them, 2 students won Gold Medals, 1 student won Silver Medal, 1 student won Bronze Medal and 1 student received a certificate of merit.
The two students who won Gold Medals were: Nguyen Tran Hieu, a student at Bac Ninh High School for the Gifted, and Nguyen Le Dang Khoa, High School for the Gifted, Ho Chi Minh City National University.

Students winning Silver Medals include: Tran Nguyen Khai, Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted ( Nghe An ).
The student who won the Bronze Medal was Cap Kim Hoang Bao, Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted ( Da Nang ). Ha Tuan Kiet, Bac Ninh High School for the Gifted, received a Certificate of Merit.
The European Physics Olympiad (EuPhO) is a prestigious international physics competition organized by Leibniz University Hannover and the Leibniz Institute for Mathematics and Science Education once a year, starting in 2017.
The tournament is for high school students from European countries and some invited countries outside the continent, including Vietnam. Each participating country sends 5 students to compete in 2 parts: The theory part lasts 5 hours and the practice part lasts 5 hours.
This year, the 9th European Physics Olympiad was held in Sofia, Bulgaria from June 13 to 17.
It is known that this is the 7th year Vietnam has participated in the European Physics Olympiad and has had outstanding achievements. Last year, the Vietnamese team won 1 Silver medal and 3 Bronze medals.
