Regional Political Academy II opened the 76th advanced political theory course for 388 students.

On the morning of September 8, the Regional Political Academy II held the opening ceremony and deployed teaching and learning activities for the 2025-2026 school year.

During the program, students of the Academy watched online the Opening Ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics taking place at the Great Hall in Hanoi.

After the online broadcast, Mr. Dang Truong Khac Tam, Head of Training and Development Management Board, Regional Political Academy II, announced the decisions to open classes, decisions related to class management, and party cell management of the 76th concentrated advanced political theory classes.

Course 76 consists of 12 classes with a total of 388 students from 5 provinces and cities in the Southern region, including: Ho Chi Minh City, An Giang , Dong Nai, Lam Dong and Tay Ninh.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Tan Vinh, Party Secretary, Director of the Regional Political Academy II, requested all cadres, lecturers and students of the academy to pay special attention and concretize into practice the work and study of three key contents, including: First, strongly implementing Resolution No. 71 on breakthrough in education and training development; Second, continuing to innovate the program, content and methods of teaching political theory suitable for leaders and managers; Third, focusing on building a "Party School culture" - discipline, modernity, identity, considering this as the foundation to improve the quality of training, fostering and training in the entire academy.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Tan Vinh also emphasized that the Regional Political Academy II enters the new school year with three core tasks, which are: Promoting the application of digital transformation, building a smart Academy; Encouraging the spirit of self-study, self-research, and self-training of students; Improving the qualifications, style, and political mettle of the teaching staff and students.

On the morning of September 8, the Regional Political Academy II also held a conference on training and fostering work with the organizing committee of the Provincial Party Committee, City Party Committee, and the Southern Regional Political School.
