On the afternoon of August 28, the Naval Academy held a graduation ceremony for the following training courses: PhD course 62; master course 19; university course 64; brigade commander, naval region commander course 32; chief of technical staff of brigade, naval region course 14; intermediate political theory course 1. Attending the ceremony were Rear Admiral Nguyen Viet Khanh - Deputy Chief of Staff of the Navy; Mr. Dinh Van Thieu - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

In 2024, the graduation results of training courses were improved compared to previous years. Of which, 100% of postgraduate students successfully defended their master's and doctoral theses, meeting the requirements for graduation recognition. 100% of training courses for brigade commanders, naval region commanders, training for naval brigade-level technical chiefs, and intermediate political theory training were good and excellent; the results of training for squad-level officers reached 86.9% good and excellent. In addition, more than 59% of graduates were awarded the rank of lieutenant, 18 were excellent students for the entire course, and 1 person was proposed by the Ministry of National Defense to be recognized as valedictorian.
