Accordingly, the cost of compensation, support and resettlement is adjusted to increase by about 15 billion VND (construction costs and other costs are not adjusted). The reason is that the calculation of compensation value has fluctuations in area and land type. The adjustment to increase the compensation land price leads to an increase in the preparation of compensation plans. The compensation unit price for houses, structures and trees increases according to the regulations of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province.

The DX31 road project includes the foundation, road surface, drainage system and sidewalk items to complete the traffic infrastructure system, improve urban aesthetics, solve drainage needs, create landscapes, upgrade technical infrastructure... 1,640m long, 19.5m wide cross-section including sidewalk and road surface, synchronously connected with Ong Dien bridge, creating an inter-regional traffic route from DT603A to National Highway 14H.

The total investment of the DX31 road project after adjustment is expected to be 128.5 billion VND.
