BHG - On the afternoon of April 14, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies - Enterprises (CQDN) held the 12th Executive Committee Conference, term 2020 - 2025 to deploy tasks for the second quarter and some other contents.

In the first quarter, Party committees and grassroots organizations in the entire Party Committee of the State-owned Enterprise Bloc have united, maintained, and strictly implemented working regulations, the principles of democratic centralism, criticism, and self-criticism in Party activities. They have paid attention to performing well the advisory role in performing professional tasks, production, business, and ensuring national defense and security. They have focused on leading and implementing propaganda work, political and ideological education for cadres, party members, and workers. The leaders of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc awarded Certificates of Merit to typical grassroots Party organizations that met the criteria of "Excellently completing tasks" in 2022.

To implement the tasks of the second quarter, Party committees at all levels continue to closely follow the resolutions, programs, plans, and conclusions of higher levels to proactively carry out political tasks, strictly implement democratic regulations; promote propaganda on major holidays and important historical events; conduct preliminary and final reviews of directives and resolutions on schedule; maintain proper implementation of the Party Charter and regulations on Party building and organization work; organize inspections and supervision according to plan, improve the quality of Party committee activities, Party cell activities, and Party members...

At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee of the State-owned Enterprises Bloc thoroughly grasped a number of documents of the Central Committee, including: Resolution No. 36 dated January 30, 2023 of the Politburo on the development and application of biotechnology to serve the country's sustainable development; Conclusion No. 48 dated January 30, 2023 of the Politburo on continuing to implement the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels for the period 2023 - 2030; Regulation No. 96 dated February 2, 2023 of the Party Central Committee on taking a vote of confidence for leadership and management positions in the political system. At the same time, the draft Regulation on decentralization of cadre management and introduction and appointment of cadres to run for the Provincial Party Committee of the State-owned Enterprises Bloc was approved.

The conference announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee on appointing two comrades: Luong Van Doan, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment and Le Minh Duc, Director of the Department of Transport to join the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial State-owned Enterprises, term 2020 - 2025. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial State-owned Enterprises awarded Certificates of Merit to 19 grassroots Party organizations that met the criteria of "Excellent completion of tasks" in 2022 and 13 Party members who excellently completed their tasks for 5 consecutive years (2018 - 2022); awarded Certificates of Merit to the Party Cell of the Provincial Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine that met the criteria of "Excellent completion of tasks" for 5 consecutive years (2018 - 2022).
