The young faces honored to receive the "Youth of Beautiful Living" Award in 2025 are young people who have made many positive contributions to society; thereby contributing to spreading a beautiful lifestyle, lighting up the faith and inspiring the young generation of Vietnam on the journey of building and defending the Fatherland.
At Ma Da Kindergarten, Tri An Commune, Dong Nai Province, teacher Nguyen Thi Thu Nga (born in 1993) is known as a dedicated teacher, a dynamic, creative and enthusiastic Youth Union Secretary and Association President. Despite having many options, Ms. Nga volunteered to stay at Cay Sung School (Ma Da Kindergarten), a difficult place, more than 10km from the center of Tri An Commune.
With her love for the profession, young teacher Nguyen Thi Thu Nga always strives to innovate teaching methods. The initiative "Measures to improve the effectiveness of letter familiarization activities for 5-6 year old children in kindergarten" proposed by her was recognized by the People's Committee of Vinh Cuu district (old) and effectively applied in teaching at the facility. She was evaluated as an excellent civil servant, and at the same time achieved the title of Excellent Teacher at the district and provincial levels and was voted as a Basic Emulation Fighter for the 2024-2025 school year.
At the same time, Ms. Nga also participated in connecting and coordinating many meaningful activities for students and the community such as "Spring Connection - Tet Sharing", "Children's School Festival", "Full Moon Festival", etc. These activities not only bring joy and laughter to children, but also help union members and youth in the school become more connected, mature and live responsibly. In recognition of these contributions, teacher Nguyen Thi Thu Nga was honored to be one of 20 outstanding young faces to receive the "Youth Living Well" Award in 2025.
During the heavy floods in early August, with decisive actions, he Season A Thi (26 years old), Head of Hang Pu Xi village, Xa Dung commune, Dien Bien province, saved the lives of nearly 100 villagers. Accordingly, in the early morning of August 1, as soon as he noticed unusual signs after many days of heavy rain, Mr. Thi decided to call households in areas at high risk of landslides to evacuate immediately. Head of Mua A Thi village, along with the Party cell secretary and militia force, promptly guided the villagers to evacuate to a safe area.
The evacuation took place urgently at night. After only about 30 minutes, more than 20 households with nearly 100 people were gathered to a higher, safer area. Not long after, a whole hill was seriously eroded, burying the entire living area of more than 20 households. Decisive, daring to think, daring to do, village chief Mua A Thi clearly demonstrated his role as a solid support for the people of Hang Pu Xi village to overcome the difficult days in the fierce flood. Mua A Thi shared simply after receiving the "Youth Living Well" Award in 2025: "Don't call yourself a hero. As the village chief, encouraging households to evacuate quickly comes from my responsibility to ensure the safety of the people in the village."
Also honored to receive the "Beautiful Youth" Award in 2025, singer Hoa Minzy (Nguyen Thi Hoa, born in 1995) is a representative of young artists who have made many contributions to charity activities. After more than 10 years of participating in the arts field, in addition to her attractive songs, Hoa Minzy has also succeeded with the image of an artist attached to the community. The young singer has been a pioneer in charity activities many times. In 2020, when the central region experienced a historic flood, she donated 100 million VND and directly participated in supporting people in the affected areas. In 2024, Hoa Minzy donated 1 billion VND to support people affected by typhoon Yagi. Recently, she also donated 500 million VND to overcome the consequences of floods in Bac Ninh province. Notably, over the past 5 years, singer Hoa Minzy has accompanied the "Nuoi em" project, sponsoring meals for 500 children in the highlands.

It is known that, awarded for the first time in 2017, the "Beautiful Youth" Award is a noble award of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, to honor outstanding young people, those with humane actions and gestures, with the spirit of mutual love, contributing to spreading humanistic values in society. Over the past 8 years of organization, the Award has honored 192 outstanding young faces across the country, in many different fields: study, scientific research, labor-production, national defense-security, environmental protection, culture-arts, sports, social work and volunteering.
In fact, in every historical period, under the leadership of the Party, Vietnamese youth have always been the vanguard force, taking the lead in carrying out revolutionary tasks. Currently, facing the strong impacts of the 4.0 industrial revolution and the trend of digital transformation, Vietnamese youth continue to be pioneers in building and defending the Fatherland. This is clearly demonstrated through revolutionary action movements and campaigns launched by the Central Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union. Most recently, the image of the green shirts of many cadres and youth union members participating in overcoming the consequences storm number 11 (Matmo) in the provinces of Thai Nguyen, Cao Bang, Lang Son, Bac Ninh, etc. has clearly demonstrated the community-oriented lifestyle of the young generation of Vietnam.
