Currently, on the Hien River, in Thuc Phan Ward, the Hop Giang residential group section has receded nearly 3m, on the Bang River section after Cho Xanh Market, the water has receded more than 3m, and the river water in Hoa An Commune has receded more than 2m. Mr. Tran Hai Duong , Thuc Phan Ward, said, on the night of October 16 and the early morning of October 17, I often went to the river to update the water level of the Hien River, to evacuate property and people when the flood water rose, fortunately the flood water receded without flooding.

Currently, the water level on the river banks continues to decrease, but the risk of landslides is very high. The People's Committees of communes and wards on the Bang and Hien rivers coordinate closely with the forces to continue to prepare sufficient human resources and means to deploy the handling according to the "4 on-site" motto; review and count the damage; develop a plan to repair damaged works and infrastructure affected by floods.
