On the morning of October 23, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of An Giang province Nguyen Thanh Nhan and Deputy Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee Lam Minh Thanh chaired the conference to summarize experience in preparing and organizing the 1st An Giang Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The 1st Congress of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, has completed all the contents and programs set out and achieved great success. The preparation and organization of the congress were deployed and implemented seriously, thoughtfully, closely, in accordance with the requirements of Directive No. 45-CT/TW, dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo and the Central Committee's directives and instructions; demonstrating the high political determination and great efforts of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and cadres and party members in the entire Party Committee.

The draft resolution of the congress and the action program to implement the resolution demonstrate the framework for orienting key tasks with high and strong goals in the period of 2025 - 2030. The reports presented directly at the congress are shortened, ensuring time and duration.

The Congress devoted adequate time for delegates to discuss and contribute opinions to the Political Report of the Party Committee and draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; and arranged delegations to discuss by topic. In general, opinions were highly unanimous with the contents of the documents, and at the same time, there were additions and clarifications to a number of key tasks, a number of obstacles and difficulties that need to be focused on overcoming, resolving, and striving for in the next 5 years; many dedicated, responsible, profound, and accurate opinions were synthesized and accepted by the Congress Secretariat. Personnel work at the Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term was carried out in accordance with regulations.

The 1st Congress of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, promoted the application of information technology and digital transformation to serve the congress; organized a Press Center to serve information and propaganda work about the congress; broadcast live on An Giang Newspaper and Radio and Television and was reported by central newspapers and radio stations, creating a ripple effect among the Party Committee and the People.
