On December 8, the People's Committee of Hon Dat commune and Viettel An Giang held a signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement to implement digital transformation and visually promote political tasks; combining commercial advertising in Hon Dat commune in the period of 2025 - 2030.

The two sides agreed to implement the goal of cooperation in developing telecommunications infrastructure and digital platforms; expanding 4G and 5G waves; upgrading Internet bandwidth at Party, government, mass organizations, schools and hamlet headquarters in Hon Dat commune; and deploying shared platforms to serve digital government.

Coordinate training and fostering of digital skills for officials and people; support the activities of community digital technology groups; organize classes to guide the use of online public services, electronic payments, and e-commerce.

Viettel An Giang presented a symbolic board to support electronic receipt funding for Hon Dat commune.

At the signing ceremony, Viettel An Giang presented a symbolic plaque to the leaders of Hon Dat commune to sponsor 5,000 electronic receipts, 1 year of digital signatures (worth 5 million VND); and support for the online learning and exam management system (worth 21 million VND).
