BHG - On the morning of June 13, the Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) held the 7th Executive Committee Conference, term XVII (expanded). Comrade Tran Van Minh, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Giang province, in charge of the Provincial Federation of Labor, and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial Federation of Labor chaired the conference.

At the conference, the report on Trade Union activities, inspection and supervision in the first 6 months of the year were approved; financial settlement for 2024. Accordingly, the Provincial Federation of Labor Executive Committee closely followed the leadership and direction of superiors, effectively implementing the theme of Trade Union work in 2025: Focus on developing union members, participating in building a clean and strong Party and government. Up to now, the whole province has 42,355 union members and workers; the average salary is 8.78 million VND/person/month. The ideological situation and mood of union members and workers are stable, strictly complying with the laws, regulations and rules of agencies, units and enterprises. In the first 6 months of the year, 7,164 union members and workers in difficulty were supported with a total budget of over 5.4 billion VND. The conference provided opinions on the implementation of the Project to end the activities of district and city labor federations, industry unions, grassroots unions of administrative agencies, and public service units receiving 100% of state budget salaries. The project aims to innovate and reorganize the provincial labor federation to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently. It is expected that the activities of 11 district and city labor federations with 981 grassroots unions and 3 industry unions with 116 grassroots unions will be completed before June 25.
