BHG - In the context of the country entering a new development period with many intertwined opportunities and challenges, the Party Committee of Agribank Ha Giang Branch clearly identifies its pioneering role and political responsibility in contributing to the successful implementation of the socio-economic development goals of the locality as well as the entire Agribank system. With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the 5th Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term has set high political determination, aiming to successfully implement the targets set out in the resolution of the new term.
During the 2020-2025 term, despite many difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic, climate change and global economic fluctuations, the Party Committee of Agribank Ha Giang Branch still achieved many outstanding results. Mobilized capital increased by an average of 8.3%/year, exceeding the set target. Although outstanding loans did not increase as expected (an average of 8.42%/year compared to the target of 10-12%), credit quality was ensured with the on-balance sheet bad debt ratio below 3%. Party building, party member development and implementation of democratic regulations achieved positive results. The Trade Union and Youth Union operated actively, contributing effectively to professional work and emulation movements.

One of the important highlights is the completion of the Party organization model according to Regulation 60-QD/TW, ensuring the unity of Party leadership with professional activities. The transfer of the Party organization and Party members to the Agribank Party Committee helps to streamline the apparatus, promote solidarity, and improve the effectiveness of direction and operation. The Party organization is consolidated according to the new model, in line with modern management requirements. The clear assignment of tasks, public responsibility, and promotion of the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members, especially the leaders, are identified as decisive factors in building a strong Party organization.
In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Agribank Ha Giang Branch clearly identified the development direction as continuing to improve leadership capacity, building a clean and strong Party Committee; maintaining Agribank's key role in credit investment in agriculture, rural areas and farmers; flexibly adapting to digital transformation, technology trends and market fluctuations. The key targets in the new term are: Mobilized capital growth of at least 8%/year; outstanding credit growth of 10-12%/year on average, focusing on agriculture, rural areas, individual customers and policy credit programs; bad debt ratio controlled below 2.5%; developing at least 30 new party members during the term; every year, 100% of party cells complete their tasks well, with no weak party cells; Trade Union and Youth Union maintain the title of excellent strength.
To achieve the above targets, the Party Committee has proposed synchronous solutions such as: Improving the quality of Party cell activities; building a team of cadres with sufficient capacity, qualities and prestige; innovating leadership methods in a close, decisive and effective manner; promoting the application of digital technology in management, services and internal communications; improving the quality of customer service; strengthening inspection, supervision, and prevention of corruption and negativity; promoting the role of mass organizations in building internal solidarity. In the coming term, the Party Committee is determined to continue to effectively implement social security programs, support people to develop production, overcome natural disasters, and reduce poverty. The dissemination of corporate culture, the image of Agribank cadres who are dedicated, responsible and committed to customers will continue to be valued, thereby building prestige and trust with customers.
With the tradition of solidarity, strong political will, close leadership of the Party Committee and high consensus of all cadres, Party members and workers, we believe that the Party Committee of Agribank Ha Giang Branch will successfully implement the set goals for the 2025-2030 term.
