Naval Academy organizes a seminar on the topic of the Ministry of National Defense

On the afternoon of June 18, the Naval Academy organized a workshop on military social sciences and humanities at the Ministry of National Defense level, “Promoting the role of the Vietnam People’s Navy as a fulcrum for fishermen to go offshore in the new situation”. Rear Admiral Nguyen Huu Thoan - Political Commissar of the Naval Academy chaired the workshop. Colonel Pham Duc Hung - Deputy Political Commissar of the Naval Academy was the project manager.
