Tra Ly lotus pond has an area of about 40 hectares, located in Chanh Loc village, Duy Son commune, 30km from Hoi An city center, about 60km from Da Nang city.
The lotus season here lasts from May to August. The most beautiful blooming time is in June. The lotus fields at the foot of the mountain show off their pink color in the vast green of lotus leaves.
Coming to Tra Ly, visitors will enjoy the fresh air of the mountains and forests, the blue lake surface, the deep pink color of the lotus when fully blooming mixed with the green leaves, like a natural watercolor painting.
Here, lotus flowers often bloom at sunrise, the lotus pond in the early morning sunlight mixed with the misty mist makes us feel moved.
The fragrant scent of lotus flowers carried by the wind makes visitors feel comfortable and amazed by the pure beauty of lotus flowers in the middle of the vast water.
These days, the vast lotus fields in Tra Ly also attract tourists from all over to come and take photos, visit, and check-in. They choose for themselves ao dai or ao yem tu than to record moments next to the lotus fields.

Ms. Phan Thi Thanh Thao (26 years old, a tourist from Da Nang City) said that she and her family came here to enjoy the beauty of lotus and take beautiful photos among the vast lotus fields. "Coming here, the atmosphere is so pleasant, the beautiful scenery makes people feel moved," Ms. Thao confided.
In Chanh Loc village, more than 40 hectares have been converted from rice cultivation to lotus cultivation with about 60 households participating. The lotus pond not only brings in a significant source of income but also attracts tourists from neighboring localities. People have long grown lotus to collect seeds and sell flowers to earn income.
Besides, community tourism is strongly developed here, people open services to serve tourists to enjoy lotus, there is a system of restaurants and cafes to serve tourists.
Visitors to the lagoon are free of charge, but if they want to pick flowers to take pictures or buy fresh lotus seeds as gifts, they must contact the owner of the lagoon.
