National training conference on using software to monitor the progress of Party congresses at all levels via the VneID application.

On the morning of December 27th, the Central Organizing Committee, in coordination with the Central Party Office and the Ministry of Public Security, organized a national training conference on using the software to monitor the progress of Party congresses at all levels through the VNeID application.

The conference was attended by 2,100 delegates, both in person and online, at 65 locations including city and provincial Party committees directly under the Central Committee; and 253 locations at the district and commune levels nationwide. Mr. Phan Thăng An, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department and member of the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation in Party agencies, chaired the conference.

At the Quang Ninh provincial venue, Comrade Bui Thuy Phuong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, presided over the meeting. The conference was connected online to 19 venues of Party committees under the provincial authority.

At the conference, delegates listened to officers from the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (C06), Ministry of Public Security, introduce the main functions of the software for monitoring the progress of Party congresses at all levels; and guide them on how to use, exploit, and put the software into operation to serve the organization of Party congresses at all levels, helping to improve the effectiveness and efficiency in leadership, direction, and management in accordance with the goals and tasks of the Digital Transformation Project in Party agencies. This software is intended for grassroots Party officials from the central to the grassroots level who have active VNeID level 2 electronic identification accounts and have been granted access to the software for monitoring the progress of Party congresses at all levels.

Delegates exchanged ideas and received answers to questions related to the use of the software, ensuring its smooth and efficient operation. This contributes to meeting the requirements of monitoring and updating the progress and results of Party congresses at all levels, enabling timely reporting to higher levels as required.

Speaking at the conference, Phan Thăng An, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department, affirmed: The deployment of the VNeID application to monitor the progress of Party congresses at all levels is of great importance, helping leaders at all levels to promptly monitor and update the situation and results of congresses at lower levels; and report quickly to higher levels. From there, they can analyze the basic data of Party congresses at all levels to provide timely and accurate guidance.

This is a very new initiative for this term, therefore, the Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee requested that localities and units promptly deploy the software and create user accounts at all levels to ensure timely updates on the progress and results of the congresses. During the implementation of the software, if any difficulties or obstacles arise, units and localities should promptly report them to the provincial level and send them to the Central Organizing Committee for joint research and resolution.
