International Conference “Female Leaders: Power from Within”

DTO - On the morning of July 3, Dong Thap Community College organized an international conference with the theme "Female leaders: Strength from within" with the participation of female lecturers, students and experts from universities at home and abroad.

In particular, the program featured two Professors: Helen Barefoot and Sarah Flynn from the University of Hertfordshire (UK) who shared deeply about the issue of self-leadership - an important capacity in the new era.

At the workshop, delegates listened to real stories, participated in group discussions, and opened up their journey of self-development with a proactive - positive - confident spirit. When women know how to lead themselves, they not only assert themselves but also inspire the community to rise together. The leadership journey does not start with a title, but with each person's attitude towards life.
