This is a national cultural and political event, celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2.
The exhibition covers an area of nearly 260,000 m2, the largest scale ever, with the participation of 34 provinces and cities, 28 ministries and branches, and more than 230 booths of 106 state-owned and private enterprises.
The exhibition space is designed in a modern style, combining artifacts, images, historical documents with digital technology , 3D mapping projection, virtual reality, holograms and artificial intelligence applications, bringing a new experience to the public.

The exhibition focuses on introducing the country's 80-year journey of construction and development in the fields of industry - technology, investment - trade, agriculture - rural areas, security - defense, foreign affairs, health - education, culture - sports - tourism and digital transformation.
In addition, the exhibition has a space to recreate 4,000 years of cultural traditions, the identity of 54 ethnic groups, typical architectural works, the richness of products from three regions, and new industries such as green transformation, aviation - aerospace, defense industry and 12 cultural industries.

The exhibition is divided into three main sections. The general section at Kim Quy Exhibition House has the theme "Vietnam - Journey to a new era", including 6 spaces "Vietnam - Country - People", "95 years of the Party Flag lighting the way", "Development creation", "Rich province, strong country", "Economic locomotive" and "Start-up to build the nation".
The outdoor area with the theme "Integration and Development" includes spaces such as "For a Green Future", "Aspiration for the Sky", "Sword and Shield", "National Festival" and an art performance area.
The international and cultural industry zone at Block A has the theme "Integration and Creativity", introducing the 80-year history of formation and development of the Government, the Government Office, and products from 12 cultural industries such as cinema, fashion, handicrafts and performing arts.

Within the framework of the exhibition, many forums and seminars will be held such as "Application of artificial intelligence in the digital age", "The role of data in digital transformation" chaired by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Evening art programs of provinces and cities, game shows, fashion shows, exchanges with artists, film screenings in 200-seat screening rooms and 400 m2 stage are also organized, creating a rich cultural and entertainment space for people.
Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong said the exhibition is an opportunity for the public to look back on the 80-year journey of hardship but glory, helping the younger generation understand more deeply the will and aspirations of the nation. This is also the largest exhibition ever, each province, city, ministry and sector has its own space to introduce outstanding achievements, reflecting the length of history and current development of the country.
